Brian Jillson is a Registered Massage Therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve physical function. His approach combines therapeutic massage, rehabilitation principles, kinesiology, and exercise physiology to address the underlying causes of dysfunction and support long-term recovery.

Brian works with a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, neck and back pain, postural dysfunction, repetitive strain injuries, sports-related injuries, movement limitations, and stress-related muscular tension. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery.

His treatment philosophy focuses on identifying and addressing factors contributing to pain and dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms. By combining hands-on therapy with patient education and practical recovery strategies, Brian helps patients better understand their bodies and take an active role in their health and recovery.

Known for his thorough, results-oriented approach, Brian places a strong emphasis on improving movement quality, restoring function, and supporting long-term physical resilience. He works collaboratively with patients to help them achieve meaningful improvements in comfort, mobility, performance, and overall quality of life.

Whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to improve physical function, patients can expect individualized care focused on lasting results and sustainable health.

Alana’s journey to massage began in 2016 when she enrolled in the Registered Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University. Her desire to help others is inspired by her sports background, her passion for empowering others, and her interest in the mind-body connection.

Alana immediately fell in love with learning about the human body and all the ways applying touch could help alleviate symptoms and induce a state of relaxation. She believes that our “go-go-go” lifestyles should be supplemented with rest and is happy to provide a service that helps people achieve a restful and balanced state of being. Alana feels strongly about using massage to help people create a positive relationship with their bodies by stimulating different body systems to facilitate healing. She uses a number of different techniques, such as Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and stretching/strengthening muscles in her treatments to help address several conditions. Whether your goal is to reduce chronic tension, reduce pain associated with an injury, relaxation, or any number of other concerns, Alana is here to help you create and achieve your goals.

When Alana is not massaging, she enjoys working out, playing with her cats, camping, hanging out with friends, playing sports, bike riding, craft beer, and eating delicious food!
